Australian Jews - among the most important backers of Australia's Racial Vilification Bill

The Executive Council of Australian Jewry, (that is, the self- appointed representatives of Australian Jewish people) have now used this legislation on several occasions to silence people or groups who have differing views concerning the historical reality of the alleged Jewish Holocaust by the Germans in World War Two.

 The ECAJ has launched various cases, against a Christian group, an elderly Widow, and Dr Töben, who has been persecuted since 1996 by this group:.

It is interesting to note that the complainant in this case - Jeremy Jones, his Barrister - Robin Margo SC, and Norman Scheuler who was interviewed on Television on several occasions as a spokesman for the Australian Jewish community, are all associated with the ECAJ:

So, we have here a very small but powerful minority group (representing approximately 0.6% of the population of Australia), who are able to greatly influence the introduction of new Laws into this country, and then use these Laws to pursue their own agenda, namely the protection by Law of the Holocaust Religion/Dogma.
