Ernst Zündel and some members of his team during the second 1988 Zündel Toronto Holocaust Trial at which the existence of the six million Jewish deaths figure/murder weapon was refuted.

'Holocaust' believers then changed tactics and refused to discuss factual matters in court because research could not sustain their belief in the factuality of the 'Holocaust'. In Australia Dr Fredrick Töben and Mrs Olga Scully were given court gag orders - if they break these, they are criminalized not for refusing to believe in the Holocaust lies, but because they broke the court order that ordered them to stop thinking and talking about Holocaust matters.

The continued aim of Holocaust believers is to criminalise those who refuse to believe in the 'Holocaust'. The issue in court is 'hurt feelings', and factual/forensic evidence - TRUTH - becomes irrelevant.
